Pavilion Rental Policies
All pavilions are rented on a first come first serve basis
PAVILION RENTALS:
Pavilion rentals are available for MEMBERS ONLY throughout the entire season. Reservations must be made in person during normal pool hours and payment must be rendered at the time of the reservation. The hosting member is responsible for ensuring their guests know ALL the pool rules, including that FGSC is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY, this includes e-cigarettes and vaping. NO GLASS is permitted under any circumstances and the hosting member MUST be present at the Club during the entire duration of the event, and all guests must exit the facility prior to or when the hosting member leaves.
On the following days: OPENING DAY, MEMORIAL DAY, AND LABOR DAY the pool is open to MEMBERS ONLY. If you plan on renting a pavilion on any of these days, you are not permitted to bring guests to the pool.
Pavilion rental fees will only be refunded if the pool is closed due to severe inclement weather. Refunds will not be given under any other circumstances.
TIMES:
Half Day AM: Open to 4pm Half Day PM: 5PM to Close Full Day: Open to Close
***Time exceptions are on swim meet days, (Wednesday evenings until mid July & some Saturday Mornings until mid July) open and close times may slightly vary.***
PRICING:
Front Pavilion: $50 for a ½ day or $100 for a full day.

Back Pavilion: $50 for a ½ day or $100 for a full day.
Small Pavilion: $30 for a ½ day or $60 for a full day.

Guest fee: A $10 fee will be charged for each non-member guest.
- If guests are paying their own admission, they will be required to pay before they are permitted to enter the Club.
- If the hosting member is paying for their guests, a credit card must be handed in upon arrival, the front gate will check off guests listed on the reverse side of this form as they arrive and at the conclusion of the event, the member will be charged for all guests and their card will be returned.
CAPICITY LIMITS:
Front and Back Pavillions: Limit of 50 non-member guests.
Small Pavillion: Limit of 30 non-member guests.
***Once the capacity limit has been reached, Management WILL NOT permit any more non-members into the club***
Any outside food, beverage, and entertainment must be approved prior to the event as there may be conflicts with the pools social calendar
The back of this form must be filled out in its entirety, to the best of your knowledge, prior to your event and turned in to the front gate upon your arrival the day of your event.
